The elevators have a bit of a rickety feel, especially when reaching the upper floors, and the cleaning staff can be quite prompt come checkout time-almost too prompt if you're not ready. The bathrooms are on the small side. Plus, there’s little in the way of extra touches to justify higher pricing during busy weekends.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We mostly enjoyed the great atmosphere, the comfortable beds, and the delicious breakfast. Also, we spent a day rafting on the Chattanooga River, just a short drive away. The staff was super helpful, making our stay even better.

Just a heads up, the plugs for the lamps in our room didn't work, which made charging devices a bit tricky at times.

The location was perfect for my needs, close to Clemson and amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Marie at the front desk who arranged transportation for the basketball game. The breakfast exceeded my expectations and there was plenty of coffee and treats for guests. My room was clean and comfortable, offering decent heating and air conditioning. I felt rushed to get ready for my event after all that. Despite that, I would return for the convenience and the great service. Just need to secure a smoother check-in next time.
